Nyc Christmas 2024 Tree. The 2024 rockefeller center tree lighting ceremony will take place on wednesday, december 4th. The christmas tree at rockefeller center will be illuminated by more than 50,000 multicolored lights on wednesday, kicking off a midtown manhattan holiday tradition that dates back to the 1930s.
